PRICE INFORMATIONS

Our prices are all-inclusive — wine, door-to-door delivery, customs clearance, and taxes*. From the cellar to your door, no hidden fees, no paperwork, no surprises.

*All prices are subject to adjustment based on the import tariffs and customs duties in effect at the time of shipment. Members will be notified in advance of any price adjustment.

Please note that payments are processed on a fixed schedule. However, to protect the quality of your wines, actual delivery dates may occur after your payment date, as we carefully time shipments to avoid extreme temperatures and unfavorable weather conditions. We will always notify you before each delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATIONS

We ship your selection directly to your door through our international wine logistics partner. Every shipment is packed in reinforced wine-specific packaging and comes with full tracking, so you always know where your wines are. All you have to do is answer the door and enjoy.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery. If you accept the package, please note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. This is required to support any insurance claim or replacement request.

Delivery schedule:

• 2 deliveries: May & November
• 3 deliveries: March, June & November
• 4 deliveries: March, May, October & December
